The Kelly Spring Road church of Christ began supporting brother Tovar in August 2020. 

 

•His wife is Iraida. His sons are Angel and Carlos (14 and 11 years old respectively in 2020, when Rafael was 45).

•In the Spring of 2020, he formed a new congregation, Nueva Castilla. In 2021, he formed another congregation in Lower Caroni.

•He continues to have many home studies and frequent baptisms.
